39 y 40ª MENTIRA declarada por el IMPUTADO por la GUARDIA CIVIL.

MENTIRAS DEL IMPUTADO POR LA GUARDIA CIVIL (39 Y 40 DE 48)

39.- En declaración de Orencio ante la Guardia Civil el 12-6 dice: “Que cuando el médico estaba realizando su trabajo con el cadáver, el manifestante estaba allí mismo viendo como le levantaba la ropa, observando que tenía un agujero a la altura de la tetilla izquierda, muy fino, y solo tenía una gota de sangre en la camiseta que llevaba.” y en su declaración ante la Guardia Civil del 3-7 como IMPUTADO dice: “Que fue cuando el médico le levantó la camiseta y le observó un pinchacillo, que se le notaba más.” PARECE AL MENOS DUDOSO POR LAS DECLARACIONES DEL MÉDICO Y DE LA ENFERMERA QUE ORENCIO PUDIERA VER NINGUNA HERIDA. PERO SI TANTA ANTENCIÓN PRESTÓ Y VIO LA HERIDA EN NINGÚN MOMENTO PUDO SER COMO ÉL LO DICE. YA QUE NI SIQUIERA EL MÉDICO Y LA ENFERMERA VIERON LA HERIDA QUE SEÑALA QUE VIO. ¿NO PENSÁIS QUE ES SUFICIENTE PARA QUE DÉ EXPLICACIONES DECIR QUE HA VISTO ALGO QUE AL PARECER NO HA PODIDO VER? ¿CUÁNDO LA VIO? O ¿PUEDE QUE ÉL SUPIERA DE LA EXISTENCIA DE ESTA HERIDA POR ALGUNA OTRA RAZÓN?

40.- En declaración ante la Guardia Civil de Orencio el 12-6 dice: “Que seguidamente PEDRO y ANTONIO se aproximaron al cadáver. Que pasados dos o tres minutos llegaron al lugar el medico, la enfermera, JUSTO y su mujer, el alcalde de Villalgordo y CARMEN, la alguacila. Que PILAR, la madre del manifestante también llegó …” y en declaración de Orencio ante la Guardia Civil el 3-7 como IMPUTADO por la Guardia Civil dice: “PREGUNTADO que personas había cuando llegaron Mercedes y su marido Justo, dice que estaban José Luís, el alcalde de Villalgordo, el médico y la enfermera Violeta.” NO SE PUEDE ENTENDER, PERO VUELVE A MENTIR. LO QUE REALMENTE PASÓ COMO SE PUEDE CONSTATAR EN EL SUMARIO FUE LO SIGUIENTE: PRIMERAMENTE LLEGA ORENCIO JUNTO CON LOS DOS TRACTORISTAS DONDE ESTABA JOSEFINA CON MARCIAL; DESPUÉS LOS DOS TRACTORISTAS SE VAN PORQUE AL PARECER ORENCIO SE LO ORDENA. CUANDO ESTÁN JOSEFINA Y ORENCIO JUNTO A MARCIAL LLEGAN JUSTO Y SU MUJER MERCEDES. A JUSTO LO MANDA ORENCIO A RECOGER A SU MADRE. A LA MEDIA HORA APROXIMADAMENTE LLEGA LA PRIMERA PATRULLA JUNTO CON EL MÉDICO Y LA ENFERMERA, Y EN EL LUGAR YA SE ENCUENTRAN PILAR (MADRE DE ORENCIO), MARIO (HERMANO DE ORENCIO), NADIYA (MUJER DE ORENCIO) Y LOS MENCIONADOS ANTERIORMENTE JUSTO, SU MUJER, ORENCIO Y JOSEFINA. DESPUÉS LLEGAN LOS HIJOS DE MARCIAL Y LUEGO TRAS ESTOS ES CUANDO LLEGA EL ALCALDE DE VILLALGORDO CON CARMEN (LA ALGUACILA). ¿Qué PRETENDE ORENCIO MINTIENDO TAMBIEN SOBRE ESTO? ¿Por qué NO HACE NINGUNA MENCIÓN A QUE ÉL MANDA A JUSTO A RECOGER A SU MADRE? ¿INTENTA OCULTAR ALGO?
